The Juki MF-7900/7900D Series U11 is a high-speed, cylinder-bed, top and bottom coverstitch machine (Universal type). It is newly developed with various mechanisms to improve seam quality and machine maintainability. The MF-7900D variant features JUKI's dry-head technology to eliminate oil stains .

This machine is ideal for the hemming process of T-shirt sleeves and bottoms, as well as covering processes for sportswear and knitwear .

1. U11 Universal Type
The machine is designed for basic, universal covering applications. The front cover is trimmed to allow operators to bring their hands closer to the needle entry area, significantly increasing work efficiency .

2. JUKI's Dry-Head Technology (MF-7900D)
The MF-7900D model eliminates the cause of oil stains by employing a dry frame mechanism. This protects sewing products from oil stains, reducing stain removal or re-sewing work and improving the quality of finished products .

3. New Feed Mechanism
The feed locus can be adjusted externally in both the vertical and horizontal directions. This allows the machine to handle a wide variety of sewing materials effectively .

4. Micro-Lifter Mechanism

5. Differential-Feed Micro-Adjustment Mechanism
Allows for fine adjustment of the differential feed amount to suit the material. The differential feed ratio remains constant even if the stitch length is changed .

6. Improved Looper Thread Twining Prevention Mechanism
In the event of looper thread breakage, this mechanism activates to trim the thread before it can twine around the looper thread cam. The looper thread cam is now externally mounted for improved maintainability .

7. Commercially Available Gauge Components
Due to parts commonality, commercially available components (presser foot, throat plate, and needle clamp) can be used without additional work, making replacements easy to obtain .

8. Direct-Drive Motor System
All models with a thread trimmer feature a direct-drive motor system. This ensures swift start-up, high stopping accuracy, and eliminates the V-belt, preventing belt shavings. It also reduces power consumption by 27% compared to conventional models .
